Today I want to share 5 tips on how to define your creative style.

Today I’d like to share a financial tool that helped Angel and I save $20,000 in about a year and a half.

I don't chase balance; I aim for alignment with seasons and rhythms. Balance feels unrealistic—it suggests an even grip on everything, which isn't sustainable. Life's full of variables beyond my control.

Sometime in the last few weeks, I got the idea to name this newsletter after a concept I’ve been developing for years. Not sure why I didn’t think of it sooner; it was probably meant to be this way.

Dreaming big for myself, however, turned out to be a lot harder. I realized that when you’re doing things for yourself, the safety net goes away. Insecurity creeps in.

I’m Karielys (most know me as “Kary”). I was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico in 1990. When I was seven my parents moved to Miami, Florida where I’ve lived ever since. I’m married to Angel Acevedo, also a graphic designer. We have a son, Aevin, who was born in December 2022.
